West Kootenay Nav-CARE offers volunteers to support individuals in our service area who are dealing with declining health, social isolation, loneliness or just would appreciate a friendly face. For more information go to https://westkootenaynavcare.org

Nav-CARE is a FREE program designed to address these needs. Specially trained volunteers, with connections to professional health care providers, work with seniors to access resources and services in their community while providing companionship and emotional support. If you would like a helpful neighbour or friend, Nav-CARE volunteers visit seniors in their home on a regular basis with a focus on enhancing their quality of life.
